Beef tenderloin cut or in whole pieces. Vacuum packed and transported refrigerated so that it reaches your kitchen preserving all its freshness. You can select it cut and packaged in kg bags with a normal cut (2 fingers thick) or thick (3 fingers).

Old beef tenderloin is considered a top-notch piece of meat. It is a very select type of meat, delicate and tasty, perfect for adults and children. Juicy and versatile, the old beef tenderloin can be prepared as a whole piece or in the form of medallions to cook delicious homemade recipes.

The sirloin is one of the most used and best valued pieces of beef. Its characteristic rounded shape distinguishes three pieces: the chateubriand, which is the part of the head; the turner, which is the center; and the filet mignon, that is, the tip.

As for the old cow, it is a type of cow that has been carefully cared for and pampered so that, in return, it gives meat with a unique texture and outstanding quality. In its aroma and flavor you can appreciate the grass that the cow has tasted and how well it has been treated during its life.

You can choose the whole piece to customize the cut your way. If you choose that we send it to you with a normal cut or thick cut, you will receive it in two vacuum bags of approximately 1,25kg each, so that each piece retains all its juiciness and you can use them separately.

Vacuum packed and cold shipments. We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until 15pm. Orders placed on Thursday after 15pm, Friday or Weekend will be shipped on Monday to guarantee the cold chain. Orders are delivered in the morning, before 13:30.
