6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING.

Orders will be shipped after payment is received. Products purchased from CARNICERIAS CAMPOVERDE SLU are delivered within mainland Spain. Products will be sent to the delivery address you provide during checkout.
The deadlines indicated are indicative and correspond to the deadlines for preparation of the order and delivery. These terms can vary between 1-2 business days. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order. By default, delivery notes/invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration, when requested.
The shipment will be made through the company SEUR FRÍO or similar that will manage the transfer of the product. 8. RETURNS.
In the cases in which the User acquires products through the Website, they are assisted by a series of rights, as listed and described below:
- Right of Withdrawal: The art. 103 section d) of the LAW FOR THE DEFENSE OF CONSUMERS AND USERS, establishes the possibility that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of a product that can deteriorate or expire quickly, as is the case of fresh meat. This is included in our return policy. Therefore, once the order is placed, you cannot withdraw from the purchase made.

The User, regardless of the means he chooses to communicate his decision, must express clearly and unequivocally that it is his intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.
In the event of acceptance of the withdrawal, CARNICERIAS CAMPOVERDE SLU will reimburse the User, by means of a gift card, all payments received, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method other than the least expensive method offered on the Website) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which CARNICERIAS CAMPOVERDE SLU is informed of the User's decision to withdraw.

If you experience any problems with products or services purchased on this website, you can file a complaint through the European Union's online dispute resolution platform. CARNICERIAS CAMPOVERDE SLU reserves the right to refuse to accept any complaint submitted through this platform.
- Return of defective products or shipping errors: these are all those cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract or purchase order, and that, therefore, they should contact CAMPOVERDE BUTCHERS SLU immediately and let you know the existing disagreement (defect / error) by the same means or using the contact information provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).

Therefore, the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and CARNICERIAS CAMPOVERDE SLU will have an extension of time to fulfill them for a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event.
