We ship orders to the entire Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except Formentera and the Canary Islands). We also ship to Portugal. We have an active promotion of free shipping from €80 to the Peninsula, €130 to Portugal and €240 to the Balearic Islands. WHEN IS MY ORDER PREPARED AND DELIVERED?
All orders received after 8am are prepared and shipped the next business day, except on Thursdays when we prepare all orders received before 15pm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we do not ship to guarantee the cold chain. Orders from the Balearic Islands are prepared on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In order for us to send your order in the same week, you must place it before Wednesday 7.55:14 a.m. The day your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email at noon with shipping confirmation. We are in Madrid and our beef is of Spanish origin. Some of the origins are the Sierra del Guadarrama, Ávila, Segovia, Huesca, Extremadura, Galicia, etc.
IS THE MEAT THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE SAME AS THE PICTURE AND IS THE WEIGHT EXACT?
We work very hard to select the best animals and parts. In addition, we prepare the products in the best possible way as we would like to receive them ourselves. The photographs are a suggestion of presentation. The cuts you will receive always depend on the animal and the piece that are prepared each day. The weights offered for each variant are approximate, and in some cases may vary +/-10% depending on the animal, piece and type of cut. However, as far as possible we will try to serve in excess or compensate it with other parts of your order.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
