WHERE DO WE SHIP ORDERS?
We ship to the entire Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except Formentera and the Canary Islands), and also to Portugal. Currently, we have a free shipping promotion for orders over €99 in the peninsula, €180 in Portugal and €240 in the Balearic Islands. In addition, we offer a free shipping coupon for the first 200 orders in the peninsula, applicable exclusively to this region.
WHEN IS MY ORDER PREPARED AND DELIVERED?
All orders received after 8:00 am are prepared and shipped the next business day. On Thursdays, we prepare all orders received before 15:00 p.m. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to guarantee the cold chain. Orders for the Balearic Islands are prepared on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For your order to be shipped the same week, it must be placed before Wednesday at 7:55 am.
On the day your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at noon. Generally, you will receive your order the next morning, before 14:00 p.m., although in extraordinary cases it may arrive the next business day. (Take into account possible holidays and delays from the transport agency).
Since we work with fresh meat and very fast preparation times, it is not possible to schedule, cancel or modify orders. Please make sure the products in your cart are the ones you wish to receive before confirming your order.
WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF OUR MEAT?
We are located in Madrid and our beef is of Spanish origin. Some of the regions where our meat comes from include the Sierra de Guadarrama, Ávila, Segovia, Huesca, Extremadura and Galicia.
IS THE MEAT THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE SAME AS THE PICTURE AND IS THE WEIGHT EXACT?
We work hard to select the best animals and pieces. In addition, we prepare the products in the best possible way, just as we would like to receive them ourselves. The photographs you see are presentation suggestions. The cuts you will receive always depend on the animal and the piece prepared each day. The weights offered for each variant are approximate, and may have a variation of +/- 10% depending on the animal, the piece and the type of cut. However, to the extent possible, we will try to serve a little more or compensate with other pieces in your order.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
For us, customer service and the quality of our products are of utmost importance. We want to help you resolve any incident related to transportation. To open an incident and make the corresponding claim, you must send us the following information within 24 hours of receiving the order to store@carnescampoverde.com:
1.- Order number.
2.- Detailed description of the incident/s.
3.- Clearly visible photographs of:
a) Damage to merchandise
b) External packaging
c) Internal packaging
d) Carrier's shipping sticker
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, please contact us at store@carnescampoverde.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will review your return request and send you further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in their original condition, with packaging and labeling intact.
WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURNS?
All return cold shipping fees and other extraordinary fees are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I SCHEDULE MY SHIPPING?
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day, so place your order according to your needs. Shipments to the Balearic Islands are prepared on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not schedule shipments, since we prepare the meat fresh every day. Please place your order the same week you want to receive it.
HOW DO I REQUEST MY INVOICE?
You must respond to the confirmation email of your order and add your complete billing information and we will send it to you by email in due month between the 10th and 15th.
