We ship orders to the entire Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except Formentera and the Canary Islands). We also ship to Portugal. We have an active promotion of free shipping from €80 to the Peninsula, €130 to Portugal and €240 to the Balearic Islands. The coupon/discount code: free shipping for the first 200 peninsula orders, applicable exclusively to the peninsula.

All orders received after 8am are prepared and shipped the next business day, except on Thursdays when we prepare all orders received before 15pm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we do not ship to guarantee the cold chain. Orders from the Balearic Islands are prepared on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are in Madrid and our beef is of Spanish origin. Some of the origins are the Sierra del Guadarrama, Ávila, Segovia, Huesca, Extremadura, Galicia, etc.
