Old cow entrecote with low loin of one kilo. Piece of red meat, filleted to taste in an artisanal way and vacuum packed to preserve its tenderness and flavor. It is transported refrigerated so that it arrives in your kitchen as freshly cut.
As an approximate cut reference, always depending on the animal and the piece, in thick cut 3 entrecote per kg, normal cut 4 entrecote, fine cut 6 entrecote.

This entrecote generally comes from the low loin (sometimes also from the high loin) boneless and matured to enhance its flavour. Reddish in color and with good fat infiltration to give it more flavor and tenderness. In this way, a juicy, lean piece with great unctuousness is achieved.
Being an old cow entrecote, you are guaranteed a piece that comes from a carefully selected animal, cared for and well fed, as can be seen in the quality of its meat. These cows are pampered in every detail so that they offer good colored meat, with good fat infiltration and, in short, such quality that you will be tasting a gastronomic luxury.
If you want, you can prepare this entrecote in one piece or fillet it in strips, in a pan or on the grill. We advise you to try it with coarse salt to enjoy an explosion of flavor in your mouth, typical of a steakhouse or a five-fork restaurant.
In the thick cut there are approximately three fillets per kilo, with spectacular fat and flavor. Although the entrecote is the key piece of a good barbecue, we recommend you try this grilled piece to experience a real explosion of flavour.
Our products are shipped vacuum-packed and cold, guaranteeing maximum freshness.
We ship from Monday to Thursday until 15pm. Orders placed on Thursday before 00pm will be delivered on Friday morning. Orders placed after this time, as well as those received on Friday and over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday to preserve the cold chain.
Deliveries are made in the mornings, before 13:30 p.m., with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
