At Carnes Campoverde we have minced meat made with lean pieces with little fat content. This lean meat is boned and hand-chopped to mince meat just before the burgers are made. In this way, it is guaranteed that the meat retains its original juiciness and flavor.

Keep in mind that hamburgers are pieces of meat that are very sensitive to changes in temperature, so we recommend that you put them in the fridge as soon as you receive them. If you are not going to consume them soon, you can freeze them with the paper film, since it is a fresh product.

You can prepare these burgers with the point of meat that you like the most, with or without bread, with more or less spices, with potatoes or without potatoes.
