Open the tray 30 minutes beforehand so that the meat can temper and it will be ready to cook. Vacuum tray 500gr approx.
Vacuum and cold packaged shipments. We ship from Monday to Thursday until 15:00 p.m. Orders placed after 15:00 p.m. on Thursday, as well as those placed on Friday and over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday to ensure the cold chain. Deliveries are made in the mornings, before 13:30 p.m. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.
