FIRST. – Object of the Promotion
The object of this promotion is a contest between the participants to obtain the prizes detailed in the FIFTH clause of these Bases (the "Promotion").
The contest will consist of signing up on the event wall on the social networks of Carnes Campoverde to be able to participate in the draw for four gift cards valued at €50.
SECOND. – Territorial scope and duration of the Promotion
Territorial scope
The Promotion will take place throughout the Spanish national territory through the official Facebook and Instagram pages of CAMPOVERDE MEATS. Hereinafter, the aforementioned official pages of CAMPOVERDE MEATS of Instagram and Facebook will be jointly referred to as the "Official Pages".

The Promotion will start on August 21, 2023 and end on August 31, 2023 at 22:00 p.m.
THIRD. – Legitimation to participate in the Promotion
Those users, of legal age, residing anywhere in the world who are registered on the Official Pages and meet the requirements established in these Bases (the "Participants") may participate in the Promotion.
It is expressly stated that CAMPOVERDE MEATS reserves the right to verify the veracity of the data of the Participants, as well as the ages and identities of the winners before proceeding to the delivery of the prizes.
They will not be able to participate in the Promotion neither the employees of CAMPOVERDE MEATS, nor the employees of those companies with which CAMPOVERDE MEATS maintain a current commercial relationship, as well as their direct relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
FOURTH.- Gratuity
Participation in the Promotion is completely free.
FIFTH. – Mechanics of the Promotion, Prize and communication to the Winner
The Promotion will be carried out through the Official Pages of CAMPOVERDE MEATS.
In this sense, two winners will be designated on the official Instagram page and two winners on the official Facebook page.
In addition to the winners, CAMPOVERDE MEATS will designate one (1) reserve winner from each of the Official Pages (hereinafter, “Reserve Winner”). Therefore, if any of the Prize Winners does not meet the requirements established in these Rules, the prize will be assigned to the Reserve Winner, provided that the latter meets the required requirements. Otherwise, the prize will be void.
The Winning users will be selected from among the users who comment on the publications/dynamics published on the Official Pages between the days 21 de August 2023 until the 31st of August from 2023 to 22:00 pm
The selection of the Winners will be made through a random drawing carried out by the marketing department of Carnes Campoverde.
The Winners must meet the requirements set forth in these Bases as well as have complied with the instructions indicated in the post associated with the draw, that is, like, follow the official accounts and mention a friend in the post.
The prize obtained by each winner will be a €50 gift card.
It is expressly stated that the Prize will not be exchangeable for money and will be subject, where appropriate, to the corresponding tax withholdings provided for in Law 35/2006, of November 28, regulating Personal Income Tax. Physics and the legislation that develops it.
Shipping costs to the winner will be covered, only for shipments throughout the national territory. In case of residing outside the national territory, the costs will be borne by the winner.

In accordance with the provisions of this clause, in the event that the Winner does not contact CAMPOVERDE MEATS does not comply with the requirements set forth in these Bases, he will lose the right to the Prize that will be assigned to the corresponding Reserve Winner. In consecuense, CAMPOVERDE MEATS will contact the Reserve Winner designated for these purposes, who will have one (1) calendar day to reply to the e-mail indicating the data and documents mentioned above. In the event that the designated Reserve Winner does not comply with the requirements and indications established in the Promotion, the Prize will be declared void.
The Winners may waive the Prize obtained, however, sending the email with the indicated documentation will be understood as acceptance of the Prize. Subject to the foregoing, if the Winner automatically waives the Prize it will pass to the Reserve Winner.
Once the Prize has been accepted, the Winner will be invited to publish a photograph of the Prize received on the wall of the corresponding Official Page of Carnes Campoverde. In case the CAMPOVERDE MEATS decides to publish said photograph (the “Photograph”), it must meet the following requirements:
Do not violate any right, law or regulation, especially in relation to image rights and intellectual property.
Appear alone, that is, without companions or third parties. Nor can any brand, representative building, painting, sculpture or intellectual or industrial property right appear.
Appear dressed.
Be the author of the photograph.
SIXTH. - Personal data protection

SEVENTH. – Assignment of rights to the Photograph and authorization to use the image of the Participant
In the event that, in accordance with the provisions of Clause FIVE of these Bases, the Winner decides to send the Photograph to CAMPOVERDE MEATS for publication on the Official Page it is understood that:

EIGHTH. – Acceptance of the bases

TENTH.- Causes of disqualification of a Promotion Participant

Any user of the Official Pages, whether or not they are a Participant in the Promotion, is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Official Pages is carried out, in any case, under their sole and exclusive responsibility. All content (including graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs and any elements) that appear on the Official Pages, unless expressly stated otherwise, are the exclusive property of CAMPOVERDE MEATS or third parties. The user is not granted any intellectual or industrial property rights over the Official Pages or over any of its component elements, and the user is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting, reusing, forwarding or use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights.
The user may view and obtain a temporary private copy of the contents for their exclusive personal, private and non-collective use in their computer systems (software and hardware), provided that it is not for the purpose of carrying out collective or commercial or professional activities. .
